AUGUST 17, 1984
The Claimant-Appellee was represented by Robert Cohen, Esq.
The Respondents-Appellants were represented by James Quinn, Esq.
This Petition for Review from the March 2, 1984 Finding and Award of the Commissioner at Large acting for the First District was argued August 16, 1984 before a Compensation Review Division Panel consisting of the Commission Chairman, John Arcudi and Commissioners Edward F. Bradley and Andrew Denuzze.
DISMISSAL OF APPEAL
JOHN ARCUDI, Chairman.
Since the Petition for Review of the First District March 2, 1984 Finding and Award was not filed until March 13, 1984, the appeal is late by one day in violation of Section 31-300, C.G.S., Golob v. State of Connecticut, 4 CRD-2-79, 1 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 3 and Ilewicz v. State of Connecticut, 10 CRD-2-80, 1 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 5. Therefore the Motion to Dismiss the Appeal is granted.
The Appeal of Respondents-Appellants is dismissed.
Commissioners Bradley and Denuzze concur in this opinion.
