The pro se claimant has petitioned for review from the October 8, 1996 Finding and Dismissal of the Commissioner acting for the Second District. Other than the petition for review, the claimant has not filed any documents in support of his appeal, such as Reasons for Appeal, a brief, or a Motion to Correct. The respondents filed a Motion to Dismiss this appeal on November 18, 1996. As there is no question that the claimant has neglected to actively pursue this appeal, we dismiss the petition for review pursuant to Practice Book § 41 84A.
