This Petition for Review from the February 3, 1987 Finding and Award and the February 5, 1987 Corrected Finding and Award of the Commissioner for the Second District was heard June 24, 1988 before a Compensation Review Division panel consisting of the Commission Chairman, John Arcudi, and Commissioners Darius Spain and Michael S. Sherman.

Respondent-Employer appeared pro se in the appeal from the February 3, 1987 and the February 5, 1987 Second District Commissioner’s Finding and Award and Corrected Finding and Award. He had appeared pro se in the Second District. The Second District aided him in filing his appeal received at the Compensation Review Division February 19, 1987.
Subsequent to the Petition for Review, Respondent failed to file any Motion to Correct or Reasons of Appeal. He was notified April 13, 1988 that the matter would be assigned for oral argument and possible dismissal for lack of prosecution. He filed no brief or any other papers as requested in the notice sent out with the June 24, 1988 calendar. He did appear in person June 24, 1988 and stated that the Second District Commissioner should have ruled in his favor.
The matter is dismissed for lack of prosecution.
