This appeal from the Third District October 16, 1990 Finding and Award received November 1, 1990 is dismissed for failure to comply with the statutorily mandated time requirements for the filing of at, appeal. Sec. 31-301(a). See Famiglietti v. Dossert Corp., 8 Conn. Workers Comp. Rev. Op. 65, 804 CRD-5-88-12 (1990).
