DISMISSAL ORDER

Claimant has filed a Petition for Review from the January 6, 2000 Corrected Finding and Award of the commissioner acting for the First District. That Finding dismissed claimant’s claim for damages pursuant to Sec. 31-290a.

In accordance with Sec. 31-290a “[a]ny party aggrieved by the decision of the commissioner may appeal the decision to the Appellate Court.” As this board lacks jurisdiction over claimant’s appeal, it must be dismissed. See, Hall v. Residence Inn By Marriott, 4145 CRB-03-99-11
