Action to recover damages for breach of contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and referred to Robert E. Walsh, attorney factfinder, who recommended judgment for the defendants; thereafter, the court, Aurigemma, J., accepted in part the factfinder’s report and rendered judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
