Georgetti, attorney factfinder, who recommended judgment for the plaintiff on the complaint and on the counterclaim; subsequently, the court, Hale, J., overruled the plaintiff’s objection to the report and rendered

judgment in accordance with the factfinder’s report, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
