Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Stodolink, J., granted the plaintiff’s motion to substitute Wepawaug Meadows, Inc., as plaintiff; thereafter, the court granted the substitute plaintiff’s motion for strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon, from which the defendant Ian P. Green et al. appealed to this court. Affirmed.
