Action for the partition of certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield and referred to Barbara Brazzel-Massaro, attorney state trial referee, who filed a report recommending judgment for the plaintiffs; thereafter, the court, Stodolink, J., rendered judgment of partition by sale in accordance with the referee’s report, and the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
