MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
WILLIAM L. HADDEN, JUDGE TRIAL REFEREE.
The court finds that on the first count the plaintiff has proven damages in the principal amount of $12,098.45, attorneys fees of $3,992.65, and interest pursuant to General Statutes Section 37-3a at the rate of 10% per annum from December 1, 2005 through May 14, 2007 in the amount of $1,753.41.
On the second count the plaintiff has proven damages in the principal amount of $127,044.93, attorneys fees of $5,845.14, and interest pursuant to General Statutes Section 37-3a at the rate of 10% per annum from December 1, 2005 through May 14, 2007 in the amount of $18,412.81.
Accordingly, judgment may enter on the complaint in the total amount of $169,147.39.
