MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION TO DISMISS
RYAN, J.
The defendants’ motion to dismiss (#104) for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is granted for the reasons set forth in defendants’ motion and memorandum in support of the motion. Because the motion to dismiss is granted, the plaintiff’s motion for reinstatement (#101), and the defendants’ objection thereto (#102) is moot.
