Application, in each case, to vacate an arbitration award, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford where the applications were consolidated and tried to the court, Schaller, J.; judgment granting the applications and vacating the award, from which the named defendant appealed to this court; thereafter, the appeal was withdrawn as to the plaintiff in the first case. Affirmed.
