Appeal from a decision by the defendant temporarily suspending the plaintiff’s license to repair television sets, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Berger, J.; judgment sustaining the appeal, from which the defendant appealed and the plaintiff cross appealed to this court. Affirmed.
