Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Freed, J.; judgment of strict foreclosure; subsequently, the court, R. Walsh, J., denied the plaintiff’s motion for a deficiency judgment, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
