JUDGMENT
WILSON J. TROMBLEY, JUDGE.

After due consideration of all the testimony and after reviewing all of the exhibits submitted by the parties, the court finds the issues for the plaintiff Frank Basil, as against the defendants Richard Scacca and Brian Parks.

The court awards total damages of $31,225.00, consisting of economic damages of $3,225.00 and non-economic damages of $28,000.00.

The Court finds that the percentage of the negligence that proximately caused the plaintiff’s injuries is shared by the defendants in the following proportions: eighty percent (80%) is attributable to the defendant Richard Scacca, while twenty percent (20%) is attributable to the defendant, Brian Parks.
