Appeal by the defendants, and cross appeal by the plaintiff, from a decision by the workers’ compensation commissioner for the second district granting the plaintiff’s application for certain medical benefits, brought to the compensation review board, which affirmed the commissioner’s decision, and the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
