Action to recover moneys allegedly due for services rendered to the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court, Ballen, J.; judgment for the plaintiff on the complaint and for the defendant, in part, on the counterclaim, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
