Appeal from the defendant’s assessment of damages filed in connection with the taking of certain of the plaintiffs’ property by eminent domain, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk and referred to Hon. William L. Tierney, state trial referee; judgment reassessing the damages, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. No error.
