Action to enjoin the named defendant from, inter alia, continuing to conduct, without a permit, certain regulated activities within a designated wetlands area, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the court, Lewis, J., granted the plaintiff’s motion to cite in

Sylvester Beserminje et al. as defendants; thereafter, the court, Ryan, J., granted the plaintiff’s motion for an order to show cause and ordered certain injunctive relief; subsequently, the court, Ryan, J., granted the motion filed by the defendant Sylvester Beserminje et al. to open and vacate the order and issued an order granting certain injunctive relief, from which the named defendant et al. appealed to this court, which reversed the trial court’s judgment and remanded the case for further proceedings, from which the named defendant et al., on the granting of certification, appealed to the Supreme Court, which reversed this court’s judgment and remanded the case to this court with direction to dismiss the appeal. Appeal dismissed.
