ORDER

In the above named matter, the medical provider has failed to comply with § 31-301(a) as the Compensation Review Board has not received an appeal petition. Additionally the commission’s electronic records do not indicate that a claim exists. The appeal, assuming arguendo one exists, is dismissed.
