CORRECTION TO SEPTEMBER 11, 1995 OPINION

On September 11, 1995, this board issued its opinion in Crowev. DBD Inc., 1941 CRB-7-93-12. The respondents have notified us of an typographical error in this opinion via a Motion for Articulation and Correction dated September 22, 1995. In the first full paragraph on page 4, we began by stating: “Here, there is no dispute that the Form 36 approved by the commissioner on December 9, 1992 was dated November 12, 1992.” That sentence should read, “Here, there is no dispute that the Form 36 approved by the commissioner on December 9, 1992 was dated October 12, 1992.” Our decision remains the same in all other respects.
