OPINION
JOHN ARCUDI, Chairman.
Claimant has appealed the Fifth District’s March 17, 1987 Finding and Dismissal. The decision below concluded claimant had not sustained his burden of proof that he had suffered an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment with the respondent.
No Motion to Correct or Reasons of Appeal has been filed by appellant However, a “Bill of Errors” was filed by him April 6, 1987. We treat this Bill of Errors as tantamount to the required Reasons of Appeal. The ultimate issue presented is whether the trial Commissioner erred in concluding claimant did not sustain his burden of proof as to whether he had suffered a specific accidental injury or an injury sustained by repetitive trauma arising in and out of the course of employment.
Since no Motion to Correct was filed, we must accept the commissioner’s factual findings. Respondent-Safeco seeks dismissal on the grounds that the only issues remaining are questions of law.
As there was evidence supporting the trial commissioner’s conclusion, our limited role as an appellate tribunal does not permit us to disturb the conclusions, Fair v. People’s Savings Bank, 207 Conn. 535 (1988). We, therefore, affirm the Finding and Dismissal of the Commissioner of the Fifth District. We also deny all motions for attorney’s fees made by claimant’s counsel in the course of the instant appeal.
Commissioners Darius J. Spain and Michael S. Sherman concur.
