By agreement of the parties, paragraph number 2 of the memorandum of decision (Custody/Access) is amended to incorporate by reference the specific access schedule attached hereto, dated December 31, 2011 and signed by both parties.

We, Jeremy J. Davis and Amy L. Davis agree to a 50/50 shared parenting plan. ? The agreed upon times are stated as an every other week rotation with Sunday at Noon being the transition time and date. ? We also agree to Tuesday and Thursday visitation days with the opposite parent. ? On school days the time would be right after school until 9 pm and on vacation days it can be up to 9 am to 9 pm. ? We also agree to during the summer vacation to 2 non consecutive weeks where it will be only one parent with a rotating picking system with Amy starting first in 2012. ? We agree that the children be with Amy on Mother’s day and Jeremy on Father’s day. ? We agree to alternating major holidays like Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve and day.
For 2012 Amy will have them on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. Amy agrees to drop them off with Jeremy by 10pm Christmas eve. ? Christmas day will be split with Jeremy having them until 1 pm and Amy having them the rest of the day. ? Amy will have the girls for New Years Eve and Jeremy will have them for New Years day.
For 2013, Jeremy will have them for Thanksgiving. ? Amy will have them for Christmas Eve. Amy agrees to drop the girls off to Jeremy by 9am Christmas day and 2 pm being the time they will go back with Amy. Jeremy will have the girls on New Year’s Eve and Amy will have them on New Year’s Day.
We agree to have a first right of refusal when babysitting is needed by either party.
When it is the child’s actual birthdays, the opposite parent has the option of seeing their child. 1 weeks notice to the other parent is required. ? If it is a school day, the other parent can pick up the child from school and return to the other parent by 4:30. ? If it is not a school day the opposite parent can see their child for 2 hours.
