This Petition for Review from the October 3, 2005 Finding and Dismissal[1] of the Commissioner acting for the Fifth District was heard March 24, 2006 before a Compensation Review Board panel consisting of Commissioners Stephen B. Delaney, Nancy E. Salerno and Ernie R. Walker.
