ORDER RE PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR MODIFICATION #139.88, DEFENDANT’S MOTION OF MODIFICATION #138.89

1. The order for child support is modified effective June 1, 2009. The weekly payments shall be $70.00, the first payment shall be made on June 1, 2009. This court finds that there is an arrearage of $1,600 through May 14, 2009. The defendant shall pay an additional $15.00 per week commencing on June 1, 2009 until the arrearage is paid in full. Any sum in addition to the $1,600 arrearage between now and June 1, 2009 shall be added to the $1,600 arrearage and be paid at the $15.00 rate.
2. The existing order as it relates to custody shall not be changed at this time but is ordered that the minor child shall enter into counseling with the Reverend Douglas MacArthur in Stamford. The parties’ health insurance shall be the primary source of payment. Any sums not covered shall be divided equally by the parties. Reverend MacArthur shall consider a parenting plan proposal and submit same to the court if either party seeks to pursue a change in the present custody arrangement.
