ORDER

In the above named matter, the medical provider has failed to comply with § 31-301(a) as the Compensation Review Board has not received an appeal petition. The appeal, assuming arguendo one exists, is dismissed. On the basis of the commission’s electronic records it appears a claim relating to the above, named claimant may exist. The matter should therefore, be scheduled for a hearing.
