MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
PICKARD, JUDGE.

The plaintiff has moved for a clarification of the Judgment (# 120). This motion is granted. The Judgment is clarified as follows:

1. The pension is to be valued as of the date of dissolution.

2. a. The award is a fraction (1/3) not a dollar amount.

b. COLA’s are included.

3. The plaintiff wife is to receive survivor benefits. These benefits do not terminate upon the death of the defendant husband.

4. The cost of survivor benefits is to be shared equally by dividing the pension after it is reduced for such benefits.
