in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the defendant filed a counterclaimed, and tried to the jury before Lewis, J.; verdict and judgment for the plaintiff on the complaint and on the counterclaim; thereafter, the court granted the plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration of the interest awarded and rendered a modified judgment thereon, and the defendant appealed to this court, which affirmed the trial court’s judgment; thereafter, the court, Nigro, J., denied the defendant’s motions for a set-off and to vacate the execution, and the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
