Appeal from the decision of the employment security board of review affirming the appeals referee’s dismissal of the plaintiff’s appeal from the named defendant’s assessment of outstanding unemployment compensation contributions for wages allegedly paid by the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Flanagan, J.; granted the named defendant’s motion for judgment, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
