ORDER
Respondent Connecticut Insurance Guaranty Association filed an appeal June 30, 2009 from the trial commissioner’s June 25, 2009 denial of their Motion to be Dismissed. Respondent’s appeal is premature as no record exists for review by the Compensation Review Board. The matter is therefore remanded to the trial commissioner acting for the Fourth District for a Formal Hearing or other appropriate action. See DiBlasev. Logistec of Connecticut, Inc., 5305 CRB-3-07-11 (January 3, 2008).
