Action to recover damages for, inter alia, breach of a construction contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London at Norwich, where the defendant filed a counterclaim, and tried to a jury before Hurley, J.; directed verdict in favor of the defendant on the count of the complaint alleging conversion and verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff on the counts alleging breach of contract and on the counterclaim, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
