Pursuant to the May 12, 1992 Supreme court decision, Hernandez v. Gerber Group, 222 Conn. 78 (1992), the May 24, 1991 opinion of the Compensation Review Division is vacated and the August 28, 1989 decision of the Fourth District is reinstated and affirmed.
