This Petition for Review from the December 23, 1994 Findings of Facts and Award Dismissal of the Commissioner acting for the Sixth District was heard June 23, 1995 before a Compensation Review Board panel consisting of the Commission Chairman Jesse M. Frankl and Commissioners Roberta Smith Tracy and Amado J. Vargas.

DISMISSAL ORDER

The claimant has petitioned for review from the December 23, 1994 Findings of Facts and Award Dismissal of the Commissioner acting for the Sixth District. At the time of oral argument, the claimant had not filed Reasons of Appeal, a Motion to Correct, or a brief. The respondents filed a Motion to

Dismiss the appeal on February 24, 1995 for failure to prosecute with proper diligence pursuant to Practice Book § 4055.

There is no question that the claimant has neglected to actively pursue his appeal. Thus, we will dismiss the petition for review pursuant to P. B. § 4055 as requested by the respondents. See Esquillin v. Pinto Lavado Enterprises,13 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 148, 1914 CRB-2-93-12 (Feb. 1, 1995);Burke v. Abacus Transfer Storage,13 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 19, 1782 CRB-3-93-7 (Nov. 3, 1994).

Commissioners Roberta Smith Tracy and Amado J. Vargas concur.
