Action to recover damages for the alleged fraud in the computation of interest charged pursuant to a mortgage note, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury and tried to the jury before Zoarski, J.; directed verdict and judgment for the defendant, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Affirmed.
