Action to recover damages for vexatious litigation or abuse of process, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, J. Flanagan, J., granted the defendant’s motion to strike the plaintiff’s complaint; thereafter, the court granted the defendant’s motion to strike the plains amended complaint; subsequently, the court, Licari, J., granted the defendant’s motion for judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
