This Petition for Review from the September 22, 1983 Decision of the Commissioner for the Seventh District, was argued on December 9, 1983 before a Compensation Review Division Panel consisting of Commissioners John Arcudi, Andrew Denuzze and Frank Verrilli.

DISMISSAL OF APPEAL

The Seventh District Commissioner in the instant matter issued a Finding and Award dismissing the claim September 22, 1983. On October 4, 1983 twelve days later, the Seventh District Office received the Claimant’s Petition for Review. Thus, the appeal was a late one. Therefore, it must be dismissed, Golob vs. State of Connecticut, 4 CRD-2-79, (April 2, 1980), 1 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 3, Ilewicz vs. State of Connecticut, 10 CRD-2-80, (April 2, 1980), 1 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 5.

The claimant’s appeal is dismissed.
