ORDER

Pursuant to the August 17, 1993 Supreme Court decision, McCurdy v. State, 227 Conn. 261 (1993) and the September 9, 1993 Appellate Court Order, the January 10, 1991 Opinion of the Compensation Review Board is vacated. The matter is remanded to the Fourth District for further proceedings in compliance with the Supreme Court decision.
