This Petition for Review from the December 13, 1989 Finding and Dismissal of the Commissioner for the Seventh District was heard November 30, 1990 before a Compensation Review Division panel consisting of the Commission Chairman, John Arcudi, and Commissioners George Waldron and Donald Doyle.
OPINION
JOHN ARCUDI, CHAIRMAN.
This appeal presents a single issue. Claimant contends he was totally disabled issue. Claimant contends he was totally disabled from May 23 Through October 23, 1989. The seventh district found otherwise.
Medical evidence presented on the issue was conflicting. As there was sufficient evidence to support the commissioner’s conclusion, we will not disturb his decision. Cooke v. United Aircraft Corporation, 152 Conn. 214 (1964), Rivera v. Guida’s Dairy, 167 Conn. 524 (1975).
The appeal is dismissed, and the Seventh District decision is affirmed.
Commissioner’s George Waldron and Donald Doyle concur.
