The Respondent-Employer has filed a Petition for Review from the trial commissioner’s September 21, 2001 Order pursuant to Sections 31-288 and 31-300. That order was issued as the result of an informal hearing. No transcript or exhibits exist. Absent a record this board cannot properly consider the appeal under Section 31-301. Consequently, this matter is not ripe for appellate review. Therefore, this matter is remanded to the First District for a formal hearing or other appropriate action. See,McCall v.
