DECISION ON APPEAL FROM DENIAL OF MOTION TO CORRECT FINDING of FEBRUARY 29, 1980
(1) The appeal from the denial of the Motion to Correct the Finding and Award entered February 29, 1980 by the Commissioner of the Second District is hereby DISMISSED.
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
Pursuant to statutory notice hearings on this matter were held by the Commissioner of the Second District on September 18, 1979 and November 6, 1979.
Subsequently on May 23, 1980 a Motion duly made by appellant to Correct this Finding by adding facts thereto was DENIED and the claimant has appealed.
Questions of fact are within the province of the Commissioner and the conclusions of the Commissioner, based on conflicting expert opinions, cannot be disturbed. Cook vs. United Aircraft Corporation, 152 Conn. 214, 217 (1964)
It is the function of the Commissioner to determine the Finding of Facts. We, therefore, rule that the appeal be DISMISS:
