ROBINSON NAVEO, CLAIMANT-APPELLEE, v. R.H.I. CORP., EMPLOYER, AND AIG CLAIM SERVICES, INC.

CASE NO. 5066 CRB-4-06-3 CLAIM NO. 400062973CONNECTICUT COMPENSATION REVIEW BOARD CONNECTICUT WORKERS’ COMPENSATION COMMISSION
APRIL 18, 2006

ORDER
JOHN A. MASTROPIETRO, CHAIRMAN.

Respondents have filed Petitions for Review from two separate orders issued by the trial commissioner as a result of pre-formal hearings. The first issued February 14, 2006 orders the claimant undergo a medical examination. The second issued March 2, 2006 orders discovery to be completed within 30 days of March 2, 2006.

There is no record for this board to review in order to properly consider an appeal pursuant to Sec. 31-301. The matter is therefore remanded to the trial commissioner acting for the Fourth District for a Formal Hearing or other appropriate action. See Caggiano v. Shaw’sSupermarkets, Inc., 4984 CRB-1-05-7 (August 25, 2005); Cichy v. MTU AeroEngines of America, 4882 CRB-6-04-10 (December 2, 2004).
