Action for a judgment declaring that a permit to conduct certain regulated activities in a designated wetlands area granted by the defendant inland wetlands commission of the town of Plainville to the defendant had expired, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, Berger, J., granted the defendants’ motions to strike the complaint;

thereafter, the court granted the defendants’ motions for judgment and rendered declaratory judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
