This court issued a Memorandum of Decision dated November 13, 2008 (#123.10) on the plaintiff’s appeal from the decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Stamford. The defendants filed a written Objection to the Motion to Reargue dated December 10, 2008 (#126.00). On December 14, 2008 this court granted reargument pursuant to P.B. 11-12(c) and the Motion to Reargue was assigned for a hearing on January 20, 2009. All parties appeared and offered oral argument. No evidence was offered.

The Motion to Reargue having been granted, reargument having been had, the relief requested in the Motion to Reargue is denied. Opoku v. Grant, 63 Conn.App. 686, 692-93 (2001).
