The court, after trial, on this matter, enters judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $25,802.53.
The plaintiff, if seeking attorneys fees, is ordered to file with the court, and exchange with opposing counsel, an affidavit of attorneys fees. The affidavit shall be prepared and filed within one week of this judgment. If a hearing is required on this issue, the parties shall so notify the court and one shall be scheduled.
