ORDER
Respondent-Appellant, Town of West Hartford filed a Motion To Vacate the trial commissioner’s December 15, 1992 Finding and Award. The motion was granted January 25, 1993.
Therefore, the issues raised by the January 5, 1993 and January 6, 1993 appeals from that award are rendered moot.
