Action to recover damages from the defendants for their obtaining certain property allegedly as a result of undue influence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Middlesex and referred to Hon. Harry W. Edelberg, state trial referee; judgment for the defendants, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Affirmed.
