Substitute information charging the defendant with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London and tried to the jury befor Silbert, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
