information, in the second case, charging the defendant with two counts of the crime of sale of narcotics and with the crime of possession of narcotics, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford, geographical area number five, where the defendant was presented to the court, Byrne, J., on a plea of guilty in the first case and on a plea of guilty of one count of sale of narcotics in the second case; thereafter, the court denied the defendant’s motion to withdraw his pleas and rendered judgments of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
