Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of attempt to commit assault in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, larceny in the second degree and conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Middlesex and tried to the jury befor Clifford, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
