Substitute information charging the defendant with two counts of the crime of attempt to commit murder, and with one count each of the crimes of assault on a peace officer and attempt to commit assault on a peace officer, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Danbury and tried to the jury before W. Sullivan, J.; verdict and judgment of not guilty by reason of insanity; thereafter, the court ordered the

defendant committed to the custody of the psychiatric security review board, and the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
